FAQs

Can I get an annual subscription?

This is coming soon! Tiered plans (with monthly and annual options) are still under development on the new platform and likely to be available in spring 2026. As a Loyalty Plan member, you will have the option to switch to a discounted annual plan at that time.

Can I share this offer with others?

No, this plan is only available for previous subscribers. However, there will be a separate launch offer available for new members from early Dec.

I don't know the email I used with my old account.

You can check here: https://teach.learnaling.com/account

Or drop me an email (jenny at learnaling.com) and let me know your name and the email address(es) you think you used, and I can check for you.

What about Level 6 / higher levels?

I am currently working on a new higher level course: English Skills (A2-B1). This will be a little different to the core curriculum and aimed at older students (8-14), with exam practice built in. The first lessons will be available later this week (end of Nov), but the course will remain in Beta (testing) mode as I develop it and add the first few units over the coming months. Teachers are welcome to try it out and give feedback during this period.

The Olympics Unit from the original Level 6 is now included as an extension unit at the end of Level 5.
